Workforce Navigation
& Training

The gap between education programs and actual employment outcomes is where most workforce initiatives fall apart. Closing that gap requires understanding both sides: what employers need and what programs can realistically deliver.

Workforce programs that are not grounded in real employer demand produce credentials that do not lead to jobs. That is a problem for participants, for funders, and for the organisations running the programs.

We work with education and training providers to build the employer relationships, career pathway structures, and labour market alignment that turn training programs into actual employment outcomes. That means going beyond advisory committees and MOU signatures to build the kind of employer engagement that shows up in placement rates.

We also work with workforce boards and state agencies on the systems side: how funding flows, how performance is measured, and how to navigate the WIOA requirements that govern most public workforce spending.

What This Covers

Six areas of workforce support

Labour Market Analysis

Using regional and sector-specific data to validate that training programs are aligned with actual employer demand and wage outcomes worth pursuing.

Employer Partnership Development

Building the employer relationships that programs need for work-based learning, credential validation, and job placement. Beyond advisory committees to actual operational partnerships.

Career Pathway Design

Mapping the routes from entry-level training to industry credentials to employment. Building the stackable credential structures that give participants a clear progression.

Work-Based Learning

Designing and implementing apprenticeship, internship, and work-based learning components. Includes employer agreements, supervision structures, and the documentation required by funders.

WIOA Systems Navigation

Helping organisations understand and work within the WIOA system. Co-enrollment, referral pathways, performance accountability, and the funding flows that connect workforce and education programs.

Outcome Tracking

Building the data systems and follow-up processes needed to track employment outcomes, credential attainment, and earnings gains that funders require and that programs need to improve.
